Parker attended The Citadel, where God used Campus Outreach to call him to faith in Christ. Because of this experience, the Lord cultivated a desire in Parker to see other college students come to know the Lord and to grow in their desire to share Christ with others. He serves on the campuses of The Citadel and the College of Charleston on our Downtown Team.
