Déja Richardson

Déja is a graduate of Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Christian Studies. Déja came to saving knowledge of Christ during her freshman year after reading “Follow Me” by David Platt. She responded to the gospel call to die to oneself and to live a life hidden in Christ. During her undergraduate experience, Déja was involved in ministry on Charleston Southern’s campus and participated in Campus Outreach events. Participation in summer Leadership Projects tremendously helped her grow in the knowledge of Christ and Christian leadership. She also became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in which she developed a heart for community service and a desire to see the gospel preached to all ethnic groups. She has a desire to share the eternal hope of the gospel with girls on the campus and to relate with those who are hurting. She understands that college is a pivotal moment in life and seeks to help girls find their identity rooted in the sacrificial love of Christ.
