Indonesia Mission Trip Recap
This year, Reagan Massengale traveled with our global partners to Indonesia for over a week to share the gospel with locals. These partners previously lived in Indonesia for many years and recently moved back this year to take the gospel to this part of the world. They visited two different cities in Indonesia where they encouraged local believers and met many people who did not know Jesus. “We visited several other people scattered throughout the villages and were able to share the Gospel with them. It was great knowing that the partners would continue to be able follow up on these gospel conversations,” Reagan shared.
A few highlights for Reagan throughout the trip were experiencing a completely different culture, doing life alongside the partners, and seeing how these partners loved the country and local people. One day, they put on a women’s seminar to teach local women in the nearby village about women’s health. Ten non-believing women attended and invited Reagan back to their homes to meet their families. This opened the door for sharing the gospel and praying with the families.
“I saw the Lord break down so many barriers while we were there. He just naturally and graciously opened up opportunities for us to have genuine and organic conversations with people,” Regan shared.
Please pray for the partners as they return to live in Indonesia. They will be settling into new jobs, new schools for their kids, and a new city. Pray for community for their family and for new friends and neighbors to share the gospel with.
